Processing your order

Your order will leave our warehouse between 1-2 business days. If your order is received on a weekend or public holiday, we’ll process your order the very next business day. This ensures your order will be shipped to you in the quickest possible time.

Packing your order
We take exceptional care in packing your order. Your purchase is wrapped tightly and securely to minimise movement and any possible breakages or damage from occurring.

Shipping your Order
You will have the option to choose which shipping method you would like to use. If you select the registered post or express post option, you’ll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number. In the event that your order can’t be shipped, we’ll contact you ASAP to keep you informed.

Tracking Your Order
All orders will receive a confirmation email with details to track your order. This gives you the ability to track your order at all times.

Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel your order, for any reason, please contact us immediately or by latest the following business day on Please ensure you have your Order Confirmation handy. All posted orders cannot be refunded or returned, we accept exchange only. No exchange/refund is available for earrings unless the item is deemed faulty.
